Most sizes are on the shelf and buyable right now — pick your thickness, choose from 29 to 45 stock sizes on each product page, and check out. If your dimensions are not listed, our cut-to-size calculator prices any measurement you enter and sends it straight to us as a quote.
Foam is cut from full sheets to your measurements, so you get exactly the piece you need rather than the nearest standard size. Sofa and chair cushions, window seats, camper and caravan bunks, boat berths, dog beds, packaging inserts and acoustic panels.
Which density do you need? Seating that gets daily use wants high density or recon foam. Backrests and decorative cushions can take a softer grade. Mattresses and toppers usually want memory foam.
