How much is UK delivery?
UK Standard delivery is £4.99 and is free on orders of £50 or more. UK Express delivery is £8.99 where available.
Can I collect my order?
No. Online orders are currently fulfilled by post or courier only.
Do you sell fresh, chilled, frozen or meat products online?
No. These products are not currently available through our online store.
How long does custom foam take?
Cut-to-size and made-to-measure products need additional preparation time. The expected lead time is shown on the product page or confirmed after we receive your measurements and delivery details.
How do I choose the right foam?

Can I return a customised product?
Custom-made or cut-to-size products generally cannot be returned because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. See our Refund Policy for details.
