Spinach is a great source of iron. This handy tin is a convenient way to introduce more spinach into your diet. This spinach has been pureed and cooked, and can be added to a variety of dishes! We love adding pureed spinach to sag paneer, curries, pasta and pizzas!

This spinach contains no additives, colours or chemicals. Just spinach leaf in water with a pinch of salt.
